Being in the heart of Madrid, with a tiny balcony overlooking Calle Mayor, I found the hotel's location fantastic. The rooms are comfortable, some with private bathrooms and stunning views, while others have external bathrooms. The service was excellent, and although the dining wasn't included, the pancakes were a delightful treat. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained, enhancing my overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable but the bathroom was tiny, and the balcony overlooking Calle Mayor was a nice touch. However, having to keep the windows open was a bit noisy at times.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The location was perfect in the very center of Madrid, making it super convenient to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable, but the shared bathroom was a bit of a downside. The dining experience was fantastic with tasty dishes, and the facilities were top-notch.
